EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
If you are currently leading or managing an organization AND are interested in channelling your skills towards a worthy cause, YOU are the person we are looking for. As the Executive Director for Children's Cancer Foundation, you will lead the organization and a team of excellent and passionate staff, in partnership with the Board towards the mission and desired outcomes.

Drive strategic efforts aimed at organization growth and development. |

Be the face of CCF, ensuring coverage for key sponsors, beneficiaries and strategic partners |
| Requirements |

Strong management and supervisory skills with minimum 15 years work experience including 8 years in managerial position |
| • |
Demonstrates leadership in strategy and relationship development |
| • |
Excellent written and oral communication skills |
| • |
Experience in similar roles is an added advantage |

EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMIN

The full spectrum of HR functions including payroll management. |

Provide secretarial support to the Management Committee. |

Liaison with relevant government bodies and service partners. |

Office Administration |
| Requirements |

Diploma or Degree holder, with relevant qualifications in Human Resource and/or Business Administration. |

At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position, with good working knowledge of local labour regulations and HR operations (including payroll). |

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. |
| • |

SUPPORT OFFICER, FINANCE AND ADMIN (DONATIONS)
| Responsibilities |

Donation Accounting Management. |
| • |
Inventory Accounting Management. |
| • |
Data entry and preparing monthly and yearly reports. |

Assist Internal/External Auditors to audit financial transaction related to Donations, Donation-in-kinds, Merchandise and Gifts-in-kinds. |

Providing administration support to the Finance Department. |
| Requirements |

Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Business Management with minimum 2 years of working experience in finance and administration related jobs. |

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and internet savvy. |
| • |
Meticulous, well organized with eyes for details and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. |
| • |
Pleasant and mature personality with the ability to interact with all levels. |
